Born and raised in Durango, Kayden is a proud fourth-generation Durangoan. A graduate of Durango High School and Fort Lewis College, where he earned a Bachelor's in Business, Kayden's roots run deep in the community. While his early years were spent in Southern California, where his father, Cole, played professional baseball for the San Diego Padres, his family returned to Durango, where Kayden grew up on his grandparents’ cattle ranch just south of Lemon Dam. It was here that he learned the values of hard work, dedication, and perseverance that continue to guide him today.

Kayden has always been an active and engaged member of the Durango community. His involvement spans many local organizations, including youth baseball, Parker's Animal Rescue, Mercy Health Foundation, and the Durango Area Association of Realtors® (DAAR). In December 2021, Kayden was appointed to the Board of Directors of DAAR, where he recently served as President. He has also served on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Real Estate Network, Colorado's third-largest multiple listing service, and is currently a Director for the Colorado Association of Realtors®.

As a lifelong resident of Durango, one of Kayden’s favorite aspects of living and working in this vibrant town is its exceptional quality of life. Whether it’s golfing in the spring, hiking in the summer, or skiing in the winter, Durango offers endless opportunities for outdoor adventure. Helping his clients live their best lives in this beautiful area is one of the most rewarding parts of Kayden’s career.

Kayden’s focus includes residential homes, homesites, townhouses, condominiums, farm and ranch properties, residential new construction, and development. While he specializes in luxury real estate in Durango and the surrounding areas, Kayden believes that "luxury" is not defined by a price point but by an unparalleled level of service, representation, and marketing. His passion for real estate comes from a genuine desire to build lifelong relationships with his clients and help them achieve their real estate goals. A love for architecture and unique properties adds an extra layer of excitement to his work.

Outside of real estate, Kayden enjoys spending time with his rescue-doodles, Bogey and Birdie, golfing, cooking, traveling, and enjoying time with friends and family.
